MARINPHARM GmbH generates and markets genetically modified stable cell lines that are fluorescent, used for basic and applied research. it also generates individually for clients stable cell lines expressing a protein defined by the client and their choice of fluorescent markers. Marinpharm has stably transfected fluorescent cell lines are commercially available. At Marinpharm, we generate and market genetically modified fluorescent stable canchim ander cell lines that can be great tools for live cell imaging and in vivo tracing (Danielyan et al, 2009), for instance in (i) tumor tracing (ii) organ infiltration and (iii) animal tumor models. Our portfolio includes stable cell lines expressing different fluorescent proteins in green, blue, red or yellow range, either as individual proteins or in organelles or as whole cells.

Custom made cell lines
Several possibilities exist:
> you simply name the gene of interest, your preferred cell line and your choice of fluorescent marker (green, yellow or red). Provided the required constituents are available , Marinpharm create a stable transfected cell line.
> you provide the plasmid, we will label it with the fluorescent marker of your choice, transfect the cell line of your choice and deliver a stably transfected cell line
> you provide the plasmid coupled to your own marker, we will do the rest up to delivery of the stable cell Time frame: Between two and six months.
IP
Exclusivity: Should you require exclusive use of the new cell line, all rights including intellectual property rights will be transferred to you, no other person or entity will have access to that cell line.
